At Lollipops, we want you to love your new fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our simple process ensures you can shop with total confidence.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your Lollipops account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
